How To Apply
If you would like to apply, we use a 3rd party screening company. Please visit http://www.ltservices.us and use LANDLORD ID: 2773-JO to apply. Select "full screening application" under the LTS Applications. The screening typically takes 2-4 business days to be completed.
The application fee is $60 per adult living in the house. Anybody over the age of 18 must apply and be approved.
Rental Requirements:
- Clean rental history
- NO prior evictions
- NO smoking
- NO criminal history
- Income must be 3X the monthly rent
- Pets are accepted with landlord's permission and additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
